Rockey has been a trainer for 16 years and enjoys working with all ages. He has competed in 42 Natural Body Building Shows and holds numerous titles- Mr. Reno 2008, Mr. Millenium 2010, NPC Nevada State Lightweight 2011. He has experience with stroke, knee replacements, diabetes, and high blood pressure to just name a few. Rockey is passionate about helping clients work out safely and enjoys seeing the results he can help individuals achieve.
