Meet Katie McCarthy. Katie has worked in the fitness industry since 1989 as a Personal Trainer, Coach, and fitness studio owner. A graduate from California State University Northridge in Exercise Science, her knowledge along with years as an athlete, has set the tone for her fitness philosophy – science-based, goal-oriented, focused, creative, and progressed training plans. It is Katie’s passion for personal well-being and health through educational programming that continues to be the driving force behind her fitness career. Certifications: A.C.E.
