Get the most from your Yoga practice!

You will learn: Details of proper, safe and effective alignment in poses, how to use props and modifications for the greatest benefit, breath techniques (pranayama) and moving with your breath, meditation and relaxation techniques, and the history and philosophy of Yoga.

Instructor: Kim Allcock, RYT, PhD. Kim has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga for more than 10 years, and teaches a variety of styles including athletic flow yoga, prenatal practice, children’s yoga, yin yoga and fundamentals of alignment. Her classes integrate keen understanding of postural alignment, breath and body mindfulness and yoga philosophy.
